Professor Richard Bourke was jointly awarded the 2015 István Hont Book Prize for his Empire and Revolution: The Political Life of Edmund Burke. The prize is awarded by the University of St. Andrews Institute of Intellectual History for the best book published in intellectual history in any calendar year.
