Mazhar will share aspects of her recent research on Karachi&#8217;s urban coastal periphery and its ecology. She will place this work in the context of her longer interest in Karachi&#8217;s inner city.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\"><b class=\"\">Marvi Mazhar\u00a0<\/b>is an architect and researcher whose practice combines visual culture, spatial advocacy and interventions. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marvimazhar.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Her architecture and design studio,\u00a0<i class=\"\">Marvi Mazhar &amp; Associates<\/i>, is based in Karachi, Pakistan<\/a>.
