{"id":753,"date":"2016-01-28T17:07:54","date_gmt":"2016-01-28T17:07:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.history.qmul.ac.uk\/emotions\/?p=753"},"modified":"2016-01-28T17:07:54","modified_gmt":"2016-01-28T17:07:54","slug":"two-new-colleagues-on-wellcome-trust-living-with-feeling-collaborative-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projects.history.qmul.ac.uk\/emotions\/news\/two-new-colleagues-on-wellcome-trust-living-with-feeling-collaborative-award\/","title":{"rendered":"Two New Colleagues on Wellcome Trust &#8216;Living with Feeling&#8217; Collaborative Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to our\u00a0two new colleagues who will be working with us on our Wellcome Trust\u00a0&#8216;Living With Feeling&#8217; collaborative award.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.history.qmul.ac.uk\/staff\/profile\/dr-helen-stark\">Dr Helen Stark<\/a> has worked in a range of academic,\u00a0administrative, and engagement\u00a0roles, including managing the\u00a0AHRC-funded &#8216;Voices and Books, 1500-1800&#8217; network. Her PhD in English Literature at Newcastle University\u00a0was awarded in 2013 for a thesis entitled &#8216;Men of Feeling: Masculinities and National Identities, 1761-1817&#8217;. Helen will be working full-time from 1 January onwards, supporting us on all aspects of the project.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.history.qmul.ac.uk\/staff\/profile\/dr-sarah-chaney\">Dr Sarah Chaney<\/a> is a historian of psychiatry with experience of engagement and museum work,\u00a0including managing a Wellcome Trust People Award\u00a0at Bethlem Museum of the Mind.\u00a0Her PhD was\u00a0entitled &#8216;Self-Mutilation and Psychiatry: Impulse, Identity and the Unconscious in British Explanations\u00a0of Self-Inflicted Injury, c. 1864 \u2013 1914&#8217; &#8211; and was awarded by UCL in 2013.
